THE ASK: SEEKING ALL EZPASS BILLS SENT TO THE CITY OF FRAMINGHAM FOR ALL VEHICLES WITH A CITY OWNED TRANSPONDER WHEN THE VEHICLE IS OWNED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. THESE BILLS SHOULD BE ITEMIZED AND SHOULD BE LISTED PER TRANSPONDER AND LIST THE AUTOMATIC TOLL LOCATIONS PASSED THROUGH AND WHEN. SEEKING MONTHLY REPORTS FROM 1/1/2020-5/11//2021

THE RESPONSE: Please see the attached document responsive to your request.  Redactions were made pursuant to G.L. c. 4, s 7, Twenty-sixth (f) as the disclosure of the redacted information would “prejudice the possibility of effective law enforcement that such disclosure would not be in the public interest,” as the registrations are associated with vehicles that are currently used in undercover investigations or they will be so used in the future, based on our long-established fleet management practices; and date, time, and location data associated with the use of those undercover vehicles/investigations.
