THE REQUEST: We are requesting documentation on all expenditures for legal services for 1/1/2019-12/16/2020 broken down by provider including anything paid out by the water and sewer enterprise fund, by school department, or paid for by bonding or any other means.
THE RESPONSE: Attached are excel spreadsheets listing the payments for legal services from 1/1/2019-12/16/2020. Accounts numbers starting “0001” and “0002” are general fund, “1300” and “3055” Grant funded “7”, except “79”(which are Chapter 90 highway Funds) are Capital, “9670” Special Consulting “8000” and “8400” are Water & Sewer rate funded all others starting with “8” are Water/Sewer enterprise Capital.
