When their common victualler license is approved, Silk Global Cusine hopes to operate Monday through Sunday (7 days a week), from 7am-1am. The restaurant will have a capacity of 148 patrons. The restaurant will be at the former Volturno site, at 1 Edgell Rd. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner menus are proposed, our only concern is the price point of the proposed offerings.
