Are our city services unable to act in unison, or in a cohesive manner that would allow matters like this to be remedied quickly. Do we need a nuisance, residential welfare, and hoarding task force to be created to specifically take on challenges like this? Should they be given the tools needed to act swiftly, and forcefully, to fine, enforce sanctions, and to take properties that fail to meet standards within a reasonable period of time?
