TIP 1 : “Just got inside info on all the panhandlers on Rt 9 and 30. They are a group that comes from Woburn and are all over the state. They originally are from out of state. They use children to get money. police have called DCF who dont do anything.” ANONYMOUS 6/12/2022 11:45am

It would be very interesting to send out a ringer to some of their prime sites with a sign. See if they try and chase the person off, and make threats ot people trying to steal their turf.
