Current EconoLodge owner Mukesh Patel of Dhara Inc, plans to transfer the business to Marcelo Lima of MSL Lodge, and plans to do business under this new name. The business is located at 1186 Worcester Rd.
The real estate/sale portion of the transaction is expected to close on Sept 30, 2022.
The new owner Marcelo Lima lives in Hopedale MA and formed his LLC on August 24th, specifically to obtain this business and “to engage in the operation of a hotel business”. His partners in the business are Leonardo Lima also of Hopedale, and Stephanie Lima of Uxbridge.
UPDATE: On 10/17/2022 the property sold for $2.2 million.
