It is important to note that all municipalities inspected had some issues noted in it’s audit… Framingham had more issues noted than many of the similar municipalities. Springfield had 7 findings, Grafton had 11, Medway had 4, Millis had 6, and Ashland had 12… while Framingham had 22 issues – fortunately it was noted that Framingham staff were “open to feedback”.
