Today, March 14, 2023, Samir Soliman and his corporation Mrgirgis LLC, sold the property at 908 Edgell Rd to new owners Kushan and Hirshil Patel of Nobscot Realty LLC.
Nobscot Realty LLC purchased the property for $800,000 with a mortgage amount of $640,000.
