Thanks to former city councilor, while he was still in office, Cesar Stewart Morales – everyone in Framingham will see their electric rates increase. EVERYONE. There are exceptions, but you will have to fill out paperwork and mail it in to the government, to prevent the change. Good luck with opting out.
The city council last year approved a plan to aggregate electricity, so that some people can feel better about themselves, knowing that the electricity being piped into the city, is greener…. and more expensive.
But who cares about the little guy anyway? The paycheck to paycheck guy on the south side… If they don’t like it, they can move out. Right?
