When Eastleigh’s owner Doug Stephan’s BFF died, Stephan bought up the property known a Baiting Brook Farm, and turned it into what will be the state’s first ‘agrihood’. That project is expected to net Stephan and his two developer buddies a cool hundred million bucks. Today, we are starting to see the initial plans for Stephan’s agrihood which will be developed over a 19 acre portion of Eastleigh Farm, where 50 residential units will be proposed.
