About a week ago, FU published the image above, with the text above. Initially in our post the image had the full address including unit number, 28A, if you look closely at the image, you’ll see the hasty editing job to remove the unit letter. Almost immediately a woman by the name Stephany Duplessis started posting responses to outraged people stating that it’s 100% not true and that FU was lying.
Then she started messaging the page. While we wouldn’t normally expose a conversation like this, it sickening, that this woman would lie to us about what really happened all to protect her family… or she was just oblivious. Regardless, call us pussies, threaten us with gods wrath, and spew lies directly to us… That’s gonna get the convo posted online.
We did do as promised, we did request the info from the city, the health department intake form and the police reports. And while we waited for the city to get us the info, we took to the web, wondering if we had it wrong, wondering if Stephany was telling the truth… and if she was in the know.
Well as this Facebook share indicates, that she certainly knew that her family member was breeding and selling dogs.
We further searched the threads and found a history of Toni Duplessis posting about dogs she had available, and in her own responses to posts, stated that she breeds them and sells them.
Needless to say, there certainly is a trail of Facebook posts supporting the fact that a breeding operation was taking place by Toni. In one photo we found in the background, a logo suggesting that they call themselves ‘Smoke or Smoove Bullies’, so we looked that up and found a active Instagram presence for a business sporting that same logo.
The most recent post, was uploaded 3 days ago on Jan 14 2025, which was 6 days after Framingham Housing Authority and the Health Department conducted their inspection of Toni’s apartment at Carlson Rd.
A December 2024 post, the upper right photo. looks a lot like a Framingham Housing Authority property.
By now, you have read the denials from Stephany, and her statement that every dog, and not 22 of them, were well taken care of…. and by now you have seen the evidence that Toni had been breeding these dogs for awhile, and she is still trying to sell them, even after this whole thing with a unit entry by city officials…
Now it is time to read the Health Department intake form (or complaint) and the police report. Some considerations to ponder. The addresses given for Toni and Tyrone, are 84A Taralli Terrace and not 28A Carlson Road. Who is the registered occupant to the Carlson Road address? And how many dogs are living right now at 84A Taralli Terrace? You’ll read that Tyrone was going to bring the dogs to his home in Watertown, which doesn’t match the address given for him in the police report. Will their conditions improve in the house in Watertown? Or are we just trading one abusive situation for another?
