The following was emailed to us on April 8th, 2022, from a resident who wishes to remain anonymous,
“I was just watching a recorded Framingham Licensing Board meeting and during the discussion of approving outdoor seating for Margherita’s an outside participant brought up that there was no mention of the shooting that occurred in the materials submitted. When the question was posed to the officer that participates in these meetings he said that it occurred prior to him being in this position.
So, if something occurred before he started this role is won’t be covered? What kind of bull is that. Shouldn’t he perform some internal due diligence since he represents the whole police department including it’s historical records?
I had the tv on in the background so I may have missed some details but I think they asked him to go back and check since they can only consider evidence presented.
If that person did not happen to speak up it would have been missed altogether.
