In October 2021 we posted an article, “CRT for cops mandated by City: Officers feel frustrated and upset, told white people are the problem”.
Police officers in Framingham had been mandated by the City to attend Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DEI) trainings. DEI training is essentially disguised Critical Race Theory. Each officer had to endure 8 hours of droning lecture, spread out over 4 days, last October and November.
Many officers were upset, as the training essentially is teaching officers that white people are the problem. The majority of the police officers making up the FPD are white males. Black officers too were upset as they feel the training alienated them from their peers and that the teaching is counterproductive bullshit that creates nothing but hostility.
We requested the video of the training, but it was not recorded.
