What this says, is that if I find a needle in a park where kids play, and call it in, it may take half to a full week before someone ‘may’ come deal with it. That’s shameful.
Dpw employees should not be picking up dis guarded needles. Have the mayor and city council members go pick them up. Downtown is a dump. It’s time that the problem is handled within the senior management of the city not the Dpw.
