Human Relations Commission DID violate the Open Meeting Law

This meeting started recording the moment the mayor started talking and not at the beginning of the meeting.
This was a planned attack and the HRC leadership sought to have recorded evidence.

Prior to that meeting this is the end of the prior meeting – where they plan their attack. We requested the emails sent to the chair of the HRC and they failed to turn over the emails discussing their planned attack for the next meeting. The HRC is out of compliance with both OML and FOIA law.

Shockingly – the Human Relations Commission never formally responded to our second open meeting law complaint back in June though now, mid-September. Maybe with this letter they will recognize this is a broken commission and decide to make the remainder of 2022 a rebuilding year.
