We don’t know who is suing whom, we only know that an accident report was requested by local lawyer Charles Alpert. We know that on Sept 20, 2022 two vehicles collided at the intersection of Pleasant and Maynard, both vehicles sustained serious damage, as did that yard and shrubbery at that house on the corner.

The things we do know is the homeowner at the home where the landscape was maimed, that would be Karen #1… You know the one. The one who complains about anyone in the neighborhood who has a chicken, peeling paint, an overfilled trash cart, and begging elected leaders to take as stand against FU. Yes, her… Beth.
And now, her protective eye shot shielding hedge, is damaged…. and she can see traffic, neighbors, and things that make her cringe. Is it enough to force her to file suit???
