IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: We have discovered a major land purchase of 50 acres on the north side and are expecting a luxury housing development to be proposed in the near term, to be placed just north of Millwood.
In March of 2022 we received a letter from a concerned citizen. We posted it, and because of how ‘unbearably bitchy’ Audrey became at AFTV, we were asked to remove the post. That letter is below.
Hello Framingham UnFiltered,
I hope this message finds you well.
Although her term has expired, Audrey Hall is still the President of the Board of Directors of Framingham Public Access Corporation. https://accessfram.tv/board-directors
Please see the document “Serving on the Board of Directors of Framingham Public Access Corporation” from Access Framingham’s website. Serving on the Board of Directors of Framingham Public Access Corporation
It is listed under “FPAC Board Member Commitment” in the Documents section of AFTV’s website: https://accessfram.tv/aftv-documents
Excerpt from the top of Page 2:
“Term of office: 3 years. Elected at Annual General Meeting. Directors may serve a maximum of 6 elected years. Directors may be appointed by the Board to fill vacancies until the next Annual General Meeting.“
Audrey Hall was appointed to fill a vacancy on the FPAC Board of Directors in 2014 and then elected to the Board in 2015. Here is an article from 2015 noting that she was on the Board at the time: https://www.wickedlocal.com/story/bulletin-tab/2015/05/31/new-digs-for-af-tv/34441313007/
Since she was elected in September of 2015 at the FPAC Annual Meeting, she has been an elected member of the FPAC Board of Directors for longer than the maximum term of office of 6 consecutive years. 6 years for her was the period of September 2015 until September 2021. There was no mention of Audrey Hall’s expiring term at the 2021 FPAC Annual Meeting:
I wonder what Access Framingham’s response would be if they were questioned on enforcing their own policies.

On 10/24/2022 we received another letter of concern, this time connecting her continued illegal rule with several resignations. They wrote:
I am not sure what can be done but at Access Framingham TV there is a board president that will not step down after completing her term limit. She is 2 years over her term limit and the reason why 4 employees have quit.
Nobody seems to want to do anything about it, Can you please look into this issue?
The By Laws for board members are to serve two 3 year terms. The current president is on her 3rd term and has been on the board for 8 consecutive years.
This is all public information that can be found on their website. Here is a couple links to help you start. Thanks!

Have no fear – we will look into this and will utilize public records requests for this quasi public agency. How transparent AFTV will be with Framingham’s #1 spinster at the helm – is anyone’s guess. FU is on it and we won’t relent until Audrey is karate chopped off her podium.
