The DFI announcement of a new business coming to DTF happened shortly after COVID. Application data shows that this business applied for a CV or common victualler license in the fall of 2020.
The CV paperwork showed that not everything was in order on the application, but it was conditionally approved, “Conditional approval upon condition
that the rest of the required paperwork is handed in.”
A poster advertising a planned giveaway was posted on the window, the event would coincide with the running of the 2022 Boston Marathon. There is no evidence that the giveaway happened, and the signs still remain affixed.
Heading towards 2023, the lights were on and a reader snapped a couple photos through a tiny gap in the paper covering the windows. Whether progress is being made – is unknown.
