On August 7, 2021 we received the following anonymous insider information on the matter:
“The Framingham Police Department is once again “taking care” of “one of its own” by allowing the Aide to the Chief, Attorney Brian Simoneau to stay out on vacation that he had accumulated and NOW allowed him to go on FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act).
So, Brian Simoneau, after a lengthy investigation was found to have violated numerous policies as well as “double dipping” (a fancy term for stealing from taxpayers) as well as being a racist and homophobe, is being allowed to still drive his City issued SUV, paid for by taxpayers, and he’s getting paid on FMLA. The city allowed him to resign in lieu of being fired and they reward him still… WTF”
We were reminded this week that there was a good cop out there, who was victimized out there by an agenda put together by Simoneau to hide his own wrongdoing We were also made aware that we never posted a massive FOIA response to that end. The 64 pages on this officer reporting Simoneau’s illegal activities – which Simoneau was eventually let go for, can be found below. Why did it take a new Police Chief coming onboard before anything was done about Simoneau. Why hasn’t this good officer gotten his good name back?
