In September 2022 in a public meeting, Dudley Stephan thought nobody was watching, he gloated about his plan to turn what once was a large farm on the north side, into a housing development, which he described as ‘not Millwood’, but essentially it is Millwood with thick eau de cowshit wafting in the open windows on warm days, with farm animals grazing in peoples backyard. He calls this paradise – Baiting Brook Farm.

In October 2022, we posted the following article detailing how Dudly was about to get rich off his plans.
In the spring of 2023, we began to receive plans from the city on this proposed project and posted them.
Baiting Brook farm, has now officially been launched, and while no homes have broken ground, the development can be seen online.
