In this case, the building will remain, the interior space, essentially an office and auditorium space used historically, will be converted into high density housing. This plan is less egregious than other proposals, but we are concerned as this is right smack dab in the highest traffic intersections of DTF.
You’ll notice that the argument for residential use, is essentially that “we could do commercial use and then we would need hundreds of parking spaces on the street”…
