In the fall, a billboard was erected offering the property at 272-284 Hollis St, via sealed bid online auction, with a starting bid of $5000. For months and months post the date the auction was supposed to be completed, the billboard remained.
On April 5th a closing on the property took place and we are excited to announce the new owner is….
….a trust who owns a 6-unit multifamily directly next door at 292 Hollis St. The new owner is the Teti Pesquale Trust, out of Sherborn.
Will it be an brand new multi-family? Will it be built into a retail store?
And before you ask… yes the tanks have already been removed.
