Police officers in Framingahm have been mandated by the City to attend Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DEI) trainings. DEI training is essentially disguised Critical Race Theory. Each officer will have to endure 8 hours of droning lecture, spread out over 4 days, this month.
Many officers are upset, as the training essentially is teaching officers that white people are the problem. The majority of the police officers making up the FPD are white males. Black officers too are upset as they feel the training alienates them from their peers and that the teaching is counterproductive bullshit that creates nothing but hostility.
