On Aug 16, 2022 Yacoub Aoude sold his property AL Prome and Aoude Gulf to Binzeen LLC of Acton for $2,625,000. The city has the property assessed at $437,000. Binzeen LLC filed it’s paperwork with the State’s Secretary of State to incorporate on August 11, 2022. Binzeen’s registered owner is Jack Azar of Upton, MA.
