THE RESPONSE: There are no responsive records from the City Council Office. DPW – Attached 3 accident reports – Exemption (c) – The Privacy Exemption G. L. c. 4, § 7(26)(c). Police Department – Please see the attached documents responsive to your request. The documents were redacted under exemption (a) CORI information and Registry of Motor Vehicle Information, (c) personal information, medical information, and private citizen phone numbers, (o) home addresses of employees, and (f) related to vehicles currently used in undercover investigations the disclosure of which would “prejudice the possibility of effective law enforcement that such disclosure would not be in the public interest.”
