Re-Inspections take place after a failed inspection. If you see one of them, you might want to look at prior inspection to see what transpired.
Complaint inspections are performed after a complaint comes in.
A FBI or Food Bourne Illness inspection occurs after a complaint that patrons have gotten sick after eating food.
A Pre-Opening inspection takes place at a new establishment or when a restaurant rebrands, or after a period of closure.
We have some reports missing from mid-2023.
FAIL indicates a inspection that necessitated a re-visit.
