THE REQUEST: Seeking “Traffic Calming Needs Assessment for Edmands Road” dated September 7, 2012, performed by Greenman-Pedersen Inc. for the then Town of Framingham.  The assessment document was addressed to William Sedewitz PE, Chief Engineer, 110 Western Avenue, Framingham MA.”
