Harassing Sr Citizens:
Filing false complaint with the town regarding bad odor / rodents from unit without first reaching out to the unit owner.
Instigating neighbor to sue neighbor by giving false information
Try to enter unit when there is no emergency without unit owner’s permission
Making repeated calls at work place asking to move car parked in garage immediately
They will be sued very soon
Also – tonight was the annual meeting – also the election to board.
There were two candidates for two spots – so they were declared new board members without asking for nominations from the floor.
Charging a Sr Citizen exorbitant fines and late fees compared to what was in their memo for window repair – refusing to honor their offer to repair the windows themselves and bill the cost.
And threatening the Sr Citizen with law suit.
