“She is a compulsive liar and covers her tracks very carefully. She has been forced to resign from all schools she has worked in the past. We filed a FOIA with Tewksbury to obtain her application packet, and after an initial denial and appeal, the town offered up a heavily redacted version without the requested cover letters, resume, email correspondence, and letters of reference. See below. It is apparent that the town of Tewksbury didn’t think that the parents of her students in Tewksbury should know the history of their new school administrator.

We appealed the over-redacted response and had to wait a bit for the response. Before we get to that, we want to express our concerns. In the tip above, if there is truth behind it, our next step is to submit FOIA requests to all the schools where she worked as an administrator and seek emails between HR, the superintendent, mentioning Demorais’s name. Personnel records may be deleted for many of these municipalities at this point, but we will try to obtain those as well.
She worked in Norwood from 2015-2018 as an Assistant Principal, leaving for “Passion for advancing my career”.
She worked in Maynard from 2012-2015 as an Assistant Principal, and gave no reason for leaving.
She worked in Sommerville from 2010-2012 as an Interim Principal, and gave the reason for leaving as “Began Doctoral Program and wanted to be closer to home”
She worked in Newton from 2007-2010 as an Assistant Principal and cited her reason for leaving was “Budget cut; position eliminated”.
The only job she was able to stay at for more than three years was as a Biology Teacher/Dept Chair in Brighton where she was able to remain employed for just over a decade. She left that role citing “Higher Opportunities”. She held that job from 1996-2007.
In her Brighton role, he resume does not state having any hiring imput, direct supervision of employees or any budgeting or finance allocation for the school. In all her positions after, she was an administrator with her fingers likely in all of those pots.
