You know Framingham… This is the Framingham you don't know.
I am reliably told the management folks in the US are pretty good, but the problem is with the European parent company nickel and diming everything to death. Talk to any staff member about problems and they will quietly (or even openly) beg you to call the home office and complain, but will warn you not to expect very much. Given their track record I do not see the company staying around for very long unless they make some changes. And don’t get me started on all their crazy online sales and such.
