This zoom meeting suddenly started recording a few seconds after the Mayor started speaking, and not at the beginning of the meeting. This means it was not being recorded for transparency, and instead because someone on the HRC wanted a record of their attack of the Mayor, likely for nefarious purposes. We obtained a copy of that video before it could be removed from the public domain.
