Tracy is a joke. She always has to ‘say’ something, especially when she has nothing to actually contribute to the conversation. How she was reelected is beyond me. She also has to always have the last word, which is normally something moronic just to have more time on camera, and get more attention that she has ‘participated.’ She’s particularly fun to watch as she rolls her eyes at things she does not like, and is constantly complaining that her hand was up an she was not called on… so people must be being mean to her. Seriously, has this women ever contributed anything of value to the meetings?
