Because the city of Framingham overspent on a new school, and because Framingham voters thought it was a good idea to pay a CPA surcharge, and because Spicer mismanaged and blew up the water and sewer enterprise fund, and because the DPW failed to adequately maintain bridges and roads in the city, and because our school system failed our kids during COVID…
…the City Council is coming together to support taxing those making a million dollars or more every year – statewide.
Should the rich statewide be tapped to help us solve our problems in our city. Or perhaps should we have made better decisions in our city to begin with?
The city council will vote to accept this resolution on Tuesday May 24th.
