On August 11 2022, Circle Furniture registered out of Newton, sold their property at 235 Worcester Rd in Framingham for $2,400,000, to a Newburyport corporation Three of Hearts, LLC.
This one should be concerning. On it’s most recent annual report, the purchasing company described it’s business as the purchase, sale, and management, of residential rental real estate. It looks like we’re in for more apartments. Three of Hearts LLC is owned by husband wife business partners, Cynthia and Kevin McSweeney. They have been operating this corporation since 2014.
Looks like we may be getting some more apartments in Framingham.
