THIS IS A DEVELOPING EVENT-CHECK BACK FOR UPDATES
We don’t know what happened beyond witness accounts, but we’re sure will know eventually. At noon on Saturday August 20th, we were made aware of an incident where suddenly there was screaming, police arriving, men in fatigues barking orders. an ambulance left the premises, headed towards MetroWest.
Reports are that the victim was transferred to UMASS Medical in Worcester
All the trucks that are normally in the parking lot were moved to mass bay, it looks like they are investigating something.
it has been suggested to us that a worker suffered a massive partial arm amputation in a accident, possibly involving trucks under repair.
UPDATE: limited news coverage has confirmed our reporting above. The issue is that the National Guard has not made statements, and the local police just given the basics
