For years and years Beth Greeley complained about little stuff that irked her to her man in the city, Mike Tusino. She circumvented the standard routes for lodging complaints and got her way, faster, and her neighbors felt the wrath of Beth, hard and fast.
Beth had the building department/inspectional services director’s ear – at her fingertips, because he enabled her. He would take her complaints and move mountains to see to it that she was appeased through city intervention. Its not that the city shouldn’t have gotten involved, it is more that the proper channels were skipped, and Mike Tusino enabled Beth by not suggesting “the proper route for your complaint should be”
In our exposes of Beth and the power she has been given over the years – our aim was to stop the certain people from having too much power, while others with more serious concerns have to go through the proper channels and have to twiddle their thumbs for months, while people like Beth have their issues of peeling paint and trash bags left outside of the trash bins dealt with lightning speed.
Unfortunately our exposes haven’t changed anything. Even now – there is evidence – she still has all the power. Her complaints go right to the top of departments via e-mail, with legislators on cc. As long as she still is given extraordinary power over those who fight daily with the minions in various departments – to effect change. We will continue periodic document grabs on Beths, NIMBY ninny ways… until a time when we come up empty.
As long as she continues to email those in government directly – she creates public records.

LIGHTNING FAST RESPONSE. COMPLAINT TO ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION 20 MINUTES. IT PAYS TO KNOW HOW TO REACH THE OPERATIONS MANAGERS.
This isn’t a complaint, but a call to action – emailing her opinion to the full city council – which actually is the proper channel for such a thing.
IN THIS SET – BETH AND FRIENDS START A CHAIN REACTION AND CAUSE A MAJOR RESPONSE TO A GUY CUTTING DOWN SOME TREES – WHEN HE HAD THE PERFECT RIGHT TO DO SO. HAD SHE JUST REACHED OUT TO THE GUY CUTTING DOWN THE TREES SHE WOULD HAVE LEARNED THAT HE WAS OKAY TO DO SO.
