City management offered 2% to the city’s worker bee’s. Average salary before overtime 50k.
6% to people that make 100k plus. 9 to 5 employees.
The 50k employees pick up your trash, run the city’s recycling center, sweep the city’s streets, pickup needles, fix water and sewer lines. Maintain fire hydrants, Maintain the city’s water and sewer pump stations. Plow the streets, sidewalks, schools, town buildings. Are on call 24/7/365
Do to the high turnover rate. Close to 50%. These men and women are spending less and less time with there families to make a living and to keep the city moving.
The problems that the city is having is due to poor management decisions. Mike Tusino and Louise Miller are doing nothing but creating more problems for the city that will have long lasting impacts on the residents and employees that provide the services that that Hams are used to. Mike Tusino was in over his head when he was building commissioner. He is drowning now. Louise is micro managing and bullying anyone she can. Charlie is another disappointment.
How long can the people making the decisions and causing the problems be allowed to blame others for the state of the city? The people that are being punished for the problems are just doing what they are asked to do.

Wow! Talk about well written that my friends is the new city in a nutshell. Weekend you hit it right on the head, Either Charlie is totally asleep at the wheel or the Mayor along with his band of CC just don’t care about moral of city employees. Mike and Louise are as incompetent as they come, whose bright idea was to hire Tusino as COO this rivals Mike Foley’s hire in Building Dept. years ago and we know how that ended. Then the city has Wayland’s gift to Framingham welcome Louise definitely NOT a fan favorite among the department heads, especially DPW admins. Sewer pump truck had the summer off because Louise would not pull the trigger on $16,000 part THAT had to be replaced, this is a vital piece of equipment to the city. Just stop with the penny pinching, there is a good group of men and women that work hard for the city we train the new guys but you continue to devalue them by not paying competitive wages. Eversource has a number of our longtime employees now residing in Southboro. I suggest the CC or Mayor and yes you can bring your two inner cabinet members to DPW sometime and see how that group works. Doing water replacements, sewer work sanitation and in a moment like Superman they run into the phone booth and become storm fighters. Trust me guys living in the town and city 78 plus years I have grown to appreciate their work. 50% turnover is going to put a real strain on the snow removal and also push trash services as well. This will delay school openings etc. Are any of you taxpayers getting the picture? Framingham if you want to continue to receive the services you have grown accustomed to tell your CC and Mayor take care of the groups that do the real work in the city. $22 per hour for CDL driver is not taking care of its employees. Santa is coming to Framingham within the month to have the tree lighting, while all the pols are patting each other on the backs take a moment and think how much work it took to put it up. Maybe sometime it will dawn on the group making the financial decisions in town (city) keeping its foundation strong the city stays strong. Then you realize neither Chief lives in town why do they care.
