A couple weeks ago, Richard Barbieri who proposed building a multifamily set back from the street, abutting a park in a enclave of small single family homes in Coburnville, he split his parcel into two equal sized buildable lots.
On Feb 22, he sold the front parcel, which already had a house on it for $545,000.
It is our belief he intends to build another single family house on the back lot, which will irk local residents.
Barbieri and to a lesser extent of involvement, Richard Diamond, formed the 63 Dow St LLC on June 28, 2022 “to buy, sell, and otherwise deal in real estate” – which they seemingly are.
