UPDATE: The city took note of the video and are ‘investigating’ this further.
Stemming from this incident which took place in the evening of March 29th, a Marlborough woman, Michelle Milburn, 45, was arrested. See the Framingham Source article linked below for more info on the crime, arrest, and charges.
The incident was described to us as a racist attack, where the American woman, who was arrested spewed racist profanities at a Brazilian woman, as she beat her up. Towards the end, as the attacker hops in her car to take off, she shows little regard for anyone as she sideswipes her victim as she stood in the street.
We obtained this video showing some of what occurred immediately before the beating began, and shows that there was at least some racist vitriol spewed.

I’m sure there are two sides to every story but there is no room for violence in Framingham or any other city/town. People, you need to get your s__t together.
Why does this Brazilian woman keep provoking this lady? She kept coming after her nonstop….Sure, this “WHITE” woman went a bit over the edge in dealing with this Brazilian woman but come on, she should have got away from here and has nobody to blame for herself for coming after this person and he continued rage…..
100 percent agree , the Brazilian lady after this incident applied for a greencard based on victim of a crime lol . She knew this was her opportunity for her adjustment of status.

It’s funny someone could throw slurs like white trash around and it’s ok, looks to me like the woman of Spanish background was downtown fishing for a problem, stating over and over statements this innocent white trash drunk ice cream eater must have said before the cameras rolled? The tan woman was the antagonist and continued to provoke, then approached the “white trash” mobile, in what I would consider a threatening manner, almost asking for a sever beating, but in this case the “white trash” victim tried to leave the scene only to have the upstanding Spanish lady force contact with her vehicle… Your an idiot almost as ignorant as the Brazilian speed bump
