We have uncovered information that indicates that a brand new & excitingly different (not Brazilian) is coming to the Ashland/Framingham line. At 12 Pond Street, in a recent mega apartment building by Charlie Zammuto, will be a new restaurant filling it’s left-most retail tenant slots. It will be called Sentie’s Kitchen and it will be an Afro BBQ fusion restaurant, melding flavors of East Africa, and Uganda.

Proprietor Senteza “Sentie” Kironde to date has been offering only catering, but this catering menu below will give you an idea of the future offerings. You may have seen him show up at Ashland’s Pop Up establishment, The Corner Spot.

The restaurant will be most likely a neighborhood joint, as there will only be 11 parking spots for customers, and with 44 seats across 11 tables.

Sentie was listed by the MWDN as one of its most interesting people in the Metrowest for 2022.

We have reached out to Sentie for his timeline to open, and when we have an answer…. we’ll update you! While you wait, check out the Facebook page for Sentie’s Kitchen.
