Here is the documentation of a lawsuit the city presently has against Richard Aronovitz, former Pinefield Plaza owner, in regards to his operating a vehicle parking business overnight in his parking lot. What do you think about this lawsuit. Did the city drive a good property owner out of the city for pure bullshit? Is Aronovitz working to liquidate his property in the city?
The Columbus Club in DTF does exactly the same thing, renting out spaces…. but that organization has heavy ties to inspectional services and the city. 🤔
Mr. Aronovitz still owns this property. Not sure where you are getting your info from. The other end of the parking lot near the daycare and Four Seasons Sports may have been sold. Separate property though.
