The new restaurant, will be located where Welcome India once operated. It will seat approximately 50 patrons and will offer various noodle soups, rolls, and other Vietnamese staples. The applicant, Mindy Nguyen, is seeking a common victualer license, or license to serve food on premises, and will go before the licensing board in the upcoming days.
The restaurant will offer 12 tables and 45 chairs in 884 sq ft of dining space and a 12×16 kitchen.
