Louise Miller, Former CFO, to “recite the facts and issues” related to her “working conditions” at a future “appropriate time” – Is a MCAD Lawsuit coming?

Until now, we’ve only had notification from the Mayor, in an undated letter to city council that Louise Miller, CFO was to resign.

After 38 days of patiently waiting for the city to release the record… mind you that the state law allows 10 business days… the city finally complied with public records law.

Now we finally have the actual resignation letter… and it’s concerning.

It seems that there has been some ‘working condition’ issues in the memorial building. It also appears that the last line of the first paragraph is a preamble to a lawsuit, either in Superior Court or one through MCAD (Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination).

Spicer slate members have been pushing the notion that City Councilors, Cannon & Stefanini who asked tough questions about city finances, in public meetings… were related to her departure. This aligns with the statement of ‘circumstances of the last several weeks’. ‘Working Conditions’ however make us think that there might be something much more deeply rooted in the Memorial Building which has been pushing Miller to quit for quite some time.

We’re watching…
