The duplex condominium is located at 3 Ellis Street is listed as being owned by Danilo Martinez & Deysi Salguero who reside in unit B. Unit A has been owned by Ezatossadat Sohi since 2013. The building itself was built in 1897, well before the Wetlands Protection Act became law in the 1970’s. Martinez and Salguero purchased the condo on 1/31/2022 and began the construction of the landscape less than 4 months later.
Two years later, they ask the Conservation Committee if they can at least keep the patio.
