A new pitch & putt course coming to town!
WedgeLinks is trying to come to Framingham at land formerly owned as part of the Staples campus (225 Crossing Blvd). The site is currently 33 acres of land, including wetlands.
WedgeLinks is proposing to construct a 9-hole golf course with a clubhouse. As proposed, the Project consists of approximately 2,500 square feet of building space, ancillary landscape improvements, a patio area, 41 parking spaces, and utility improvements to support this use. Although the clubhouse is proposed as a future building and will not be constructed at with the rest of the initial development.
