So the Nobscot Nimbees are afraid that their quaint bucolic enclave consisting of a long derelict strip mall, an auto body shop, half a dozen apartment buildings, a similar townhouse development, a head shop, liquor store, out-of-business bar, and a rub and tug would be negatively impacted by a walkable neighborhood development with restaurants and shops? They apparently prefer to sit in cars and drive to Sudbury to go to their restaurants and shops in similar developments. God forbid we have nice things in Framingham.
