Today, Feb 27, 2023, the property of China Gourmet, changed hands, from 1583 Worcester Road Realty LLC owned by by Shi Yun Zhang, Risheng Xu, and Ricky Zhong Qing Huang – and transferred to 1583 Route 9 LLC owned exclusively by Shi Yun Zhang. 1583 Route 9 LLC was formed 2/9/2023.
Zhang is the owner of Samba, Steak and Sushi.
Zhang’s new LLC purchased the property with $600,000 down and a mortgage of $2,400,000 and a second mortgage of $200,000.
