Today, Feb 28, 2023 the property at 358 Waverly St, AKA El Mariachi and the Chicken Bone, has changed hands officially, from John & Albert Ferullo of Barnstable, to 16 South Street LLC, owned by Raymond Boghos a developer out of Boston. The property sold for $1,500,000.
This sale is indicative of all approvals being in place by the city for Boghos to start developing his new Mega Apartment complex in DTF. See our original post below.
