Tonight the new restaurant, Silk Global Cusine, located at the former Volturno site, seeks to obtain an entertainment license. We have seen this before in other establishments – and based on the newness of this business and the history of local restaurants turning into nightclubs without the proper management or licensure – this hearing could be interesting.
