OUR REQUEST: Seeking all speed surveys / traffic studies performed on Belknap Rd since 2015. Do the mobile signs that flash and tell you your speed, record data? If so i am seeking all the data that is available 2015-present. Seeking a map showing the locations of all highway dept signs on belknap rd, or the whole city.
